Content Policy

This Content Policy outlines the standards and regulations regarding the content available on and uploaded to the 4SiGHT Learning Management System.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, quizzes, and code snippets, are the intellectual property of 4SiGHT or its content creators. You are granted a license to view this content for your personal education only. You may not distribute, resell, or publicly display any course materials.

2. User-Generated Content

If the platform allows you to post comments, questions, or other content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your content. However, by posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content in connection with the Service.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to post or upload any content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Promotes illegal activities or violence.
• Is spam or unauthorized advertising.

4. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates this policy or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
